Tony Zimmel
He attended Primary art school where he learned to play the piano and drums. Later, he pursued his studies learning and playing the drums at Pilsen Conservatory. He attended Summer Jazz Workshop in Prague. He was a member of theatre orchestras for Les Miserables, Miss Saigon, Rusalka musical in Prague, etc. He currently teaches drums at Primary Art school in Pilsen and is a member of DJKT Operetta and Musical Orchestra in Pilsen.
He played with Roadhouse band, Jazz Gang II., Mercy Street band, The Riverside band (CZ/SLO), G7 band (D) and many others. Nowadays he plays with Crimson Town Players, Ohio Express (USA/D), Burma Jones, Gipsy Band (D), Ivan Audes Jazz Trio (Audes – piano).
